New Notification When a Quote is Edited

We've made an update to the way you get notified about quotes. When a Build Buddy Pro has edited a quote, you now receive a notification via SMS and Email for when this happens. The next time you're in the platform, check your notifications settings and update them if you wish.

New Pop Up Review Prompt

App: Build Buddy

We've added a new feature for when you mark a task as complete. Once you complete a task and mark it complete, a review page will pop up prompting you to leave a review for the Build Buddy Pro you had engaged with for the respective task. We always want to make your experience better, so leaving a review for our Build Buddy Pros not only allow us to monitor the quality on pros on the Build Buddy platform but also help other users choose the right pro for their tasks.

We've made an update to the way you get notified about quotes. When a Build Buddy User has allocated a payment for a job, you now receive a notification via SMS and Email for when this happens. The next time you're in the platform, check your notifications settings and update them if you wish.

Enhancements from user feedback

Thank you to all our users who have recently submitted valuable feedback. We have listened, and made some improvements to our platform based on what you have said. In a continued effort to make Build Buddy the most supportive residential building platform, we worked on a number of enhancements and fixes for this release - here is a quick rundown.

Build Buddy & Build Buddy Pro users:

• 📱 When on the mobile app, the log out button is now visible on the menu.
• 💰 The quote tab will remain displayed once a quote has been accepted.

Build Buddy users:

• 🗓️  Now, when you start a task earlier than anticipated, the original start date will update accordingly.
• 💬 When a Pro sends you a new message, it will automatically show and you won't have to refresh the page. 
• ✏️ Fixed issue when users were unable to edit dates for a task when it was on the "Quote Received" status.

Build Buddy Pro users:

• 📄 Prior to confirming a quote for a job, you will now be able to the see the project document uploaded by the owner builder. 
• 🛠️ Fixed bug when users were unable to save the "Business Profile" or "Terms & Conditions" when a link was added.
